We are seeking a good candidate for 3 years studentship on CdTe solar cell research.
The candidate will have the opportunity to fabricate and characterize complete CdTe solar cell devices, learning to use several physical vapor deposition systems, sputtering, pulsed electron deposition and chemical bath systems.
Atomic force microscopy, current-voltage, capacitance-voltage and admittance spectroscopy are available to characterize the finished devices.

The candidate will have the great opportunity to stay for 6 months at CTF https://www.ctf-solar.de, a German CdTe module manufacturer in Dresden and add to the laboratory experience also industrial technology and production.
