A one year position is available, the candidate will work on Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4 based devices.
The solar cell is fabricated starting with a Mo coating on soda lime glass by RF sputtering, CZTSSe absorber is than deposited by spin coating the precursor and subsequently selenizing the material in furnace, CdS as buffer layer is deposited by chemical bath deposition and finally front contact is prepared by RF sputtering.
We want to improve the efficiency of our baseline and also investigate impurity inclusions for doping.
