We are looking for good applicant for a PhD position at our laboratory for three years.

A good candidate will have a master degree in physics, chemistry or electrical engineering, with a good final mark and willing to work with passion and dedication on the preparation and characterization of thin film devices for photovoltaics within several European projects in an international environment. Candidates from Italy and from all the world are welcome.

You can give a look on the different equipments in this website that we have available in the lab and with you will be trained to work with.

We are looking for good candidates for PhD position on thin film solar cells (Sb2Se3 and CZTS).

We have an open position for a one year post doc, on special semiconductor sensor for parkinson desease. Both physics or chemistry backgrounds are welcome.
