We are searching a good PhD candidate to work on Sb2Se3 based thin film solar cell.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work in an international environment, in the frame of a large European Project, in collaboration with several European institutions. The candidate will have the possibility to work with a RF sputtering machine, thermal evaporation machines, muffle and tubular furnaces, a pulsed electron deposition system, spin coaters, chemical bath deposition, spray systems. Also characterization systems such as atomic force microscopies, profilometer, x-ray diffraction, raman, current-voltage, capacitance-voltage, admittance spectroscopy.
